Humor Me ... GOOGLE me!
I think it was just a week ago when I learned about some message board where my name was FULLY printed, some person who "flamed" about me. Really, I didn't know how to react, but, at some point, it kinda makes you think that there will always be people who wants to take you down. They don't realize that with that kind of attitude, they will never be successful in any call centers.
Go ahead, look for my name, see how many ungrateful agents we have in our account --
Whine, whine, whine. Complain, complain, complain.

Would you like me to serve you some imported cheese with that Whine? =) The truth is you can never make everybody happy no matter how helpful and efficient you are. Just don't pay them no never mind.
Darling, life is too precious to waste your time on people who whine. I agree that you cannot please everybody, but it doesn't mean that they are in the position to judge you (the way they did) since they haven't seen the REAL you. Too bad for them, and good for me because I'm 100% sure that you are a fine woman, well-balanced and a person with an abundance of positive qualities. See you around! ~ unyotskee

I do agree with you that we can't please everybody that we know. There would always be someone out there that does not want/like what you're doing and their going to complain about it. The question is, did you ever tried to listen to the complaints? Maybe there's a valid reason behind the complaints and you really do have to change or stop something that you're doing.
